First time soccer players and coaches
Some helpful information for first time players and coaches to make your soccer experience extraordinary!
Soccer ball size:
- Division 7: Size 3
- Division 5 & 6: Size 4
- Division 4: Size 5

Team size:
- Division 7: 3 on 3
- Division 6: 6 on 6
- Division 5: 8 on 8
- Division 4: 8 on 8, but it is at coaches discretion to increase team size.
Game length:
Typical quarters are played 10-12 minutes. We recommend that no timeouts are taken to switch out players. As this is a recreational league, it is at coaches' discretion to stop the game to explain proper ball throw-in techniques, penalty kicks etc.
